Chinese Shanghai Police Medal (1942 ?)

Has anyone ever seen this medal? I believe it is for the WASP (Western Area Special Police) of
Shanghai which was formed in 1942 with 1400 Chinese officers and 58 Western officers loaned
from the SMP, but I am not sure. Does anyone have any information on this medal?

I searched keywords “上海警察” and “Shanghai Police” in Shouxi database http://data.shouxi.com/item_list ... p;k=Shanghai+Police

only found the below long service medal in SPINK 2016 April auction:

That is the relatively common British issue Shanghai Municipal Police Long Service Medal - this particular
one being to an Indian officer. Valued at around HK$15,000 when they surface in Hong Kong.
