Shanghai Municipal Police Chinese Cap Badge
A locally made Chinese silver cap badge worn by Chinese officers of the Shanghai Municipal Police of the rank of Sergeant.It was made by a silversmith with the initials DL but I dont know who that was.

L.W=Luen Wo
T.C = Tuck Chang
H.C = Hung Chong
C.S =Cheung Shing
I have no idea of D.L though
